THE PROCESS
Initial.
At the initial stage of the process you will meet with one of our team members to discuss: desired design, layout, budget and finishes. If you already have your plans ready to go, you can jump straight to the quotation stage. Any questions you have regarding the build and process will be answered.
Design.
At the design phase we engage one of our architects and hand over the design brief to begin initial concept. We will then revise the concept and make changes in line with your demands. Once plans are complete and lodged, we can provide you with a quotation for the construction of your home.
Build.
At this stage we stay true to the vision for your home and execute a build in line with your design brief. Our team will work hard, aiming to complete the project as quick as possible, whilst maintaining a desire for perfection at each stage of the construction process.
